Vice President of Business Development

David Murphy serves as Vice President of Business Development for Chicago Title Commercial, which is the Houston extension of Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. In this role, David is responsible for engaging with developers, lenders, operators, and investors on complex multi-state/multi-site transactions while ensuring that Chicago Title Commercial is providing best-in-class solutions for its clients. David brings a wealth of unique professional experience and knowledge to the team. David attended the University of Alabama and started his career serving in the White House prior to earning his MBA from Rice University.  Upon graduation, David spent nearly a decade in investment banking covering large corporate clients at both Barclays and Evercore. His array of experience and his relationship-based business approach is an asset to Chicago Title Commercial’s clients.
